Refund policy

We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds will only be initiated after the product is received and successfully passes our quality check. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

INVI Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best experience with your INVI purchase, and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window for eligible items. Please review the following terms:

Return Guidelines:

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. A return handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.
  5. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  6. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check. Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  7. In case of any missing or incorrect items, please provide a clear unboxing video as proof for resolution.
  8. Returns will only be accepted after receiving a confirmation SMS or pick-up slip. Please do not hand over any product without proper verification.
  9. Products purchased during promotional sales, discounts, or clearance events are not eligible for return.
  10. If your delivery area falls outside our serviceable pin codes, you may return the item via self-shipping. We recommend using India Post – Speed Post, and courier charges should not exceed ₹300.
  11. Please refuse delivery if the package appears tampered with or the seal is broken.
  12. Accessories, including caps and bucket hats, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Exchanges are processed at no extra cost.
  2. If the value of the exchanged item is lower, the difference will be credited to you as a gift voucher.
  3. Exchanges for different sizes are subject to availability.
  4. For incorrect deliveries, please send us a video of the unboxing.
  5. Only one exchange is permitted per order.
